Temple Bright LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales with registered number OC352276.  It is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.  Temple Bright is the business name for the legal practice carried on by Temple Bright LLP. Accordingly, all references on this website to "Temple Bright", "the firm", "we", "us" or "our" should be read as referring to Temple Bright LLP.

A list of members of Temple Bright LLP is available for inspection at our registered office: St Brandon's House, 29 Great George Street, Bristol BS1 5QT.  All the members of Temple Bright LLP are solicitors of England and Wales.

We use the word “partner” on this website and in emails and other correspondence to mean a member of Temple Bright LLP but also to include employees of equivalent standing and qualifications, and consultants.

Temple Bright LLP is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and has SRA number 525374.  A copy of the SRA’s rules can be accessed at www.sra.org.uk/rules and we can be contacted at enquiries@templebright.com.

Temple Bright LLP is not authorised by the Financial Services Authority.  However, we are included on the register maintained by the Financial Services Authority so that we can carry on insurance mediation activity, which is broadly advising on, selling and the administration of insurance contracts.  This part of our business, including arrangements for complaints or redress if something goes wrong, is regulated by the Law Society.  The register can be accessed via the Financial Services Authority website at www.fsa.gov.uk.

The Law Society is our designated professional body for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Responsibility for regulation and complaints is handled independently by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Legal Complaints Service.
