We advise businesses buying or selling all types of commercial premises: industrial, retail, office, leisure and distribution.  In addition, we advise those taking leases of such premises and ensure that occupation is taken to suit the proposed timetable.  We also assist in the property aspects of corporate transactions where company shares or assets are being bought or sold.

Investment

We act for corporate investors acquiring and disposing of commercial property.  We recognise the importance of properly managing a portfolio to ensure that the value of the investment is maintained.

Development

We act for commercial and residential developers acquiring, disposing of or assembling development sites.  We ensure that matters adversely affecting the site are fully investigated and dealt with promptly.  We are also used to structuring transactions as corporate sales or purchases.

Finance

We independently advise banks, companies and individuals securing their lending over commercial property.  We understand that such matters may need to be completed in a few days and we have experience of meeting these tight timescales.
