Alyona Antonenko
Alyona handles Commercial matters with particular expertise in the hotel industry, advising owners/developers, international operators and sector-focused lenders on a wide range of hotel development and operating issues at any stage of a hotel project’s lifecycle, whether in the UK or Europe. Alyona drafts and negotiates franchise, hotel management and ancillary agreements and development and joint venture agreements, dealing with the issues arising from compliance and due diligence. Alyona is a dual qualified solicitor (Russia and England and Wales) having begun her career in 1999 as a real estate lawyer and developing her hotels practice specialisation in 2006. Alyona worked at CMS Cameron McKenna (Moscow office) before moving in-house to Intercontinental Hotels Group’s European HQ in London. She then worked with Marriott International on its UK and European franchise development and operations, and joined Temple Bright in 2017.
