Chris Crane
Chris handles Corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and shareholder and director issues. He also deals with the full range of Commercial matters, with particular expertise in IT law. He began his career at Osborne Clarke and Eversheds and has since worked in-house at Airbus and Mitel (a telecoms company), giving him additional insight into the commercial and practical issues which businesses face. Before joining Temple Bright, Chris was a partner and head of Corporate and Commercial in a leading Welsh firm. Chris is recommended for Corporate/Commercial, IT/Telecoms and Intellectual Property in the Legal 500, which states that he “explains things in plain English and understands the practicalities of doing business”.
