Kate Teasdale
Kate handles Litigation matters specialising in contractual disputes, negligence, directors’ duties, partnerships and property disputes. She also handles Employment advice and claims, acting for both employers and senior executives. Kate has previously worked in the City at Bailey Shaw & Gillett (which subsequently merged with Speechly Bircham) before setting up her own practice in Oxford. She has most recently been the managing partner and head of litigation at a leading South East firm.
