Richard Norwood
Richard handles Litigation matters and has a broad practice including contractual disputes, negligence, fraud and insolvency. He has particular expertise in disputes relating to the sale of goods, agency, insurance, commission and mistaken payments, in complex asset recovery and in obtaining injunctions. Richard worked in a large Bristol firm before joining Eversheds, where he led a specialist banking and finance litigation team and spent time on secondment to a major client. He has provided in-house training for a number of leading companies in the finance sector on the litigation process.
