Tim Summers
Tim handles Corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and shareholder and director issues. He also deals with Commercial matters including LLP and partnership agreements, intellectual property, IT and contracts in areas such as agency, distribution, franchising, manufacturing and other supplies of goods and services. He worked at Simmons & Simmons in the City and Burges Salmon in Bristol and was a partner in a medium sized Bristol firm before joining Temple Bright in 2010.
