Danielle Spiers

Danielle handles Employment matters. She acts for employers and senior executives, with particular expertise in the fashion, financial services and visual arts sectors. Danielle negotiates senior executive hires, renegotiations and departures and advises on a broad range of HR issues including discipline and grievance, business reorganisations, redundancy and complex employment litigation. Before joining Temple Bright in 2018, Danielle spent 8 years at the leading London media law firm Sheridans, where she was a partner. She has been recommended in Chambers UK, where one client described her as “absolutely superb” and another said: “She was absolutely all over the case and knew every detail. I really was impressed by her”.


Relevant experience at Temple Bright includes:

  • Negotiating and advising on consultancy / employment contracts on behalf of a number of Creative and Artistic Directors of luxury fashion houses.
  • Negotiating and advising on various design collaborations with luxury brands.
  • Advising a family office in relation to a significant piece of employment litigation.
  • Advising on TUPE and the other employment aspects of the sale of a company to a leading interactive entertainment company.
  • Drafting and negotiating all key “employment” related contracts for the NEDs and Senior Leadership Team of a company about to be listed on the London Stock Exchange.
