Michael Hartridge

Michael handles Dispute Resolution matters and advises on the full range of contentious work for both individuals and organisations. He also handles Financial Services matters (contentious regulatory and investigations). Michael has worked for many years in the financial services sector and has extensive experience of complex multi-jurisdictional disputes and high profile regulatory investigations, including in relation to mis-selling, market conduct and regulatory disclosure issues. He is a member of our Risk, Compliance & Investigations team. Michael worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in the City for a number of years before moving in-house. At Morgan Stanley, and then at Lloyds Banking Group where Michael headed up the group’s litigation function, Michael handled a broad range of high value disputes and regulatory matters. Michael also advises on anti-bribery and corruption legislation and can assist clients looking to obtain funding for litigation matters. Michael joined Temple Bright in 2017.
