Email messages are written for and on behalf of Temple Bright LLP, save that statements in the message that do not relate to our business are neither given nor endorsed by Temple Bright LLP.

No statements or material contained in email messages or their attachments or conveyed in any other medium should be deemed advice on which any recipient may rely, unless that person is receiving them as a client of the firm to whom we have sent our terms of business so as to govern such statements or material. If you have no direct contractual relationship with Temple Bright LLP but have engaged another firm or person on whose behalf we are acting, e.g. as their subcontractor, Temple Bright LLP disclaims any legal responsibility of the firm or its partners directly to you.

The term “partner” means a member of Temple Bright LLP but also includes employees and individual or corporate consultants (and their principals). In giving any advice or carrying out any action in connection with Temple Bright LLP’s business, such persons are not acting in partnership with Temple Bright LLP or any other person.

Temple Bright LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (LLP number OC352276) and is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA number 525374). A copy of the SRA’s rules can be accessed here.

We do not accept service of documents (whether in proceedings or otherwise) by email or fax, unless one of our partners expressly confirms to the contrary in writing. The inclusion of an email address and/or fax number on our letterhead shall not of itself be deemed to constitute such confirmation.

You may have read in the press of attempts by criminals to deceive clients of law firms into paying money into a bank account that is not that firm’s own account. We will not be changing our bank details during the course of acting for any client. If you receive an email or any other communication asking you to pay money into a different account than the one we have notified, please contact Justyn McIlhinney on +44 (0) 7581 225 807 and obtain his confirmation of our bank details, both verbally and followed up by an email from him, before you make any payment. If you change your own bank details whilst we are acting for you, and you are due to receive a transfer of funds from us, please notify us in person or by telephone as soon as possible.
