We do not accept service of documents (whether in proceedings or otherwise) by email or fax, unless one of our partners expressly confirms to the contrary in writing. The inclusion of an email address and/or fax number on our letterhead shall not of itself be deemed to constitute such confirmation.
You may have read in the press of attempts by criminals to deceive clients of law firms into paying money into a bank account that is not that firm’s own account. We will not be changing our bank details during the course of acting for any client. If you receive an email or any other communication asking you to pay money into a different account than the one we have notified, please contact Justyn McIlhinney on +44 (0) 7581 225 807 and obtain his confirmation of our bank details, both verbally and followed up by an email from him, before you make any payment. If you change your own bank details whilst we are acting for you, and you are due to receive a transfer of funds from us, please notify us in person or by telephone as soon as possible.
Relationship with Source Professional Support Limited
Temple Bright LLP frequently works in collaboration with Source Professional Support Limited. The two designated members of Temple Bright LLP are also involved in the business of Source Professional Support Limited.
However, the business of Temple Bright LLP is wholly separate to that of Source Professional Support Limited. Temple Bright LLP and its business are regulated by the SRA as a solicitors’ firm, whereas Source Professional Support Limited and its business are not. Your conducting a contractual or commercial relationship with either of these two entities does not, of itself, create a contractual or commercial relationship with the other entity (although sometimes a separate, parallel relationship may exist).
If you use the services of Source Professional Support Limited, this would not create an SRA-regulated relationship of a solicitors’ firm with its client, for Source Professional Support Limited, unlike Temple Bright LLP, is not a solicitors’ firm and it is not subject to the regulation applicable to solicitors’ firms in England and Wales.
