You may have read in the press of attempts by criminals to deceive clients of law firms into paying money into a bank account that is not that firm’s own account. We will not be changing our bank details during the course of acting for any client. If you receive an email or any other communication asking you to pay money into a different account than the one we have notified, please contact the partner dealing with the matter before you make any payment. If you change your own bank details whilst we are acting for you, and you are due to receive a transfer of funds from us, please notify us in person or by telephone as soon as possible.
