Claire Parsloe

Claire handles Real Estate matters. She has experience acting for some of the country’s most prominent companies including FTSE100 banks and leading high street retailers, hotel chains and gyms, as well as start-up companies and property investors. Claire advises on a range of property matters including dealing with acquisitions and disposals, commercial (offices, retail, industrial and mixed use). She also advises landlords and tenants on leases, agreements for lease, renewals, assignments, underlettings, variations and licences. Claire assists clients with their refinancing of properties including large portfolios of commercial and residential properties, and provides support on Corporate matters such as company acquisitions. Before joining Temple Bright in 2015, she worked at Addleshaw Goddard in the City and a leading regional practice. Claire has a Masters degree in Law and is a Japanese speaker.

• Acting for a leading retailer acquiring numerous shops, assisting with the management of its portfolio and working collaboratively to roll out a nationwide acquisition program.
• Advising on the acquisition of a portfolio of gyms for a well known leisure company.
• Acting for a coffee shop chain in acquiring further premises and managing existing sites.
• Acting for an expanding storage company in their acquisition of various sites across the country.
• Advising a prominent South West developer on a refinance of a multi-property portfolio.
