Julia also advises on regeneration and development projects and therefore on development agreements, agreements for lease, licences for alterations and the construction aspects of section 106 agreements. Her projects include the Pinnacle Tower in the City, Brighton & Hove Albion FC’s £60 million stadium, the Hackney and Kent BSF schemes and several NHS LIFT schemes, as well as student accommodation and university facilities, commercial offices, luxury residential schemes, hotels and residential developments.
