Richard handles Dispute Resolution matters relating to professional negligence, b2b, insurance, property, and contentious Construction & Engineering work. He has extensive experience of complex, high value negligence claims and coverage issues acting for claimants, ATE insurers and third party funders. Richard previously acted for defendants and their PI insurers, so is well-versed in the approach taken to disputes on both sides of the fence. Richard is regularly instructed on multi-million pound disputes. He is dual qualified as a lawyer and chartered surveyor. He is also a qualified mediator. Richard was a partner at DAC Beachcroft in the City before joining Temple Bright in 2015.
