Richard Fisher

Richard handles Dispute Resolution matters relating to professional negligence, b2b, insurance, property, and contentious Construction & Engineering work. He has extensive experience of complex, high value claims and coverage issues in the London insurance market, acting for defendants and their insurers as well as for claimants, ATE insurers and third party funders. In 2017, Richard was instructed by insurers of a key professional consultant involved with the cladding of Grenfell Tower. He is now regularly instructed on multi-million pound disputes in the London market. Richard is dual qualified as a lawyer and chartered surveyor. He is also a qualified mediator familiar with all forms of dispute resolution and specialises in fixed and incentivised fee structures. Richard was a partner at DAC Beachcroft in the City before joining Temple Bright in 2015.
