Richard Fisher

Richard handles Dispute Resolution matters in professional negligence, b2b, insurance, property, and construction. He has extensive experience acting for claimants, ATE insurers and litigation funders in multi-million pound negligence and coverage claims. For many years Richard previously acted for defendants and their insurers, so he is well-versed in both sides’ approach. He is also a qualified chartered surveyor and mediator. Richard was a partner at DAC Beachcroft before joining Temple Bright in 2015.
