Will handles Real Estate matters, advising clients ranging from PLC residential and commercial developers to institutional investors, start-up companies and landowners on a wide range of transactions. He has particular expertise in managing significant land development acquisitions and sales and high value investment portfolio purchases for pension fund clients. He also has extensive experience of landlord and tenant matters, including the negotiation of commercial leases on a wide range of assets acting for both occupier and landlord clients. Before joining Temple Bright in 2017, Will worked at Nabarro (now CMS) in the City and Osborne Clarke in Bristol, having originally trained at Morgan Cole (now Blake Morgan) in Cardiff.
Experience
Relevant experience at Temple Bright and previous firms includes:
- Acting for the landowner in relation to the sale of land in Kent for the development of circa 540 dwellings to BDW and Clarendon Homes.
- Acting for the landlord on the surrender of a lease to Co-op and simultaneous grant of a new long rack rent lease to Loungers in Ruislip.
- Acting for a bar operator, Chance & Counters, on various new sites across the UK.
- Acting for Engitix Therapeutics on leases for their new research headquarters at White City in London and further space at the Royal Free Hospital.
- Acting for the high end jeweller, John Titcombe Limited, on their amalgamation and new leases in Clifton Village.
- Acting for numerous pension funds including those of various FTSE 100 companies on tens of millions of pounds’ worth of investment sales and acquisitions.
