Temple Bright supports Mobius Life to launch innovative investment services
24/03/2026
Temple Bright has worked with Mobius Life, the award winning investment platform, to launch two new investment services: MobiusOS and Private Markets.
MobiusOS
MobiusOS is a digital platform that is designed to transform the way the UK pension and investment management industry collaborates, shares data, and meets regulatory obligations.
The aim is to address the significant and growing burden of data management and reporting across the pensions and investment industry by connecting stakeholders, facilitating interactions and providing orchestration services to meet their different needs.
By establishing common standards, providing robust data integration tools, and enabling seamless digital workflows, MobiusOS aims to foster efficiency, transparency and collaboration in the pensions and investments community.
Private Markets
The demand for private market assets is increasing but pension clients across the industry face operational and structural barriers to investing.
Investors and investment managers can now partner with Mobius Life to access private markets strategies, with Mobius Life managing the end-to-end process from due diligence to legals to investment. Mobius Life provides an implementation assessment, operational implementation and ongoing management for their private markets strategies.
Contracting
To bring these new offerings to market, Jonathan Greenwold at Temple Bright provided legal support to Mobius Life in the design and drafting of new client contracts.
James King, Chief Operating Officer at Mobius Life said: “It was excellent to work with Jonathan at Temple Bright. We are really pleased with the new suite of contracts, which will help us expand our service offering. The contracts had to be short, simple and jargon-free for quick onboarding at scale, while also dealing with Mobius Life’s technology requirements and the technicalities of private markets strategies.”
Temple Bright was launched in Bristol in 2010 using a tech-enabled, streamlined business model. It opened its second office in London EC2 in 2013 and now has more than 75 partners, evenly spread across the two locations. The firm advises clients across a range of sectors, with significant expertise in financial services and technology work.
