Jeremy Saideman

Jeremy handles Corporate matters including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, restructurings, shareholders agreements and corporate governance matters. He also handles Commercial matters, ranging from the contractual arrangements for substantial and complex projects to standard terms and conditions for day-to-day trading. His clients include entrepreneurs and SMEs as well as large corporations and international businesses. Jeremy also has extensive in-house experience and can provide his clients with “General Counsel” advice with a strong practical focus, including through retainer engagements which give certainty as to monthly fees. Prior to joining Temple Bright, Jeremy worked at Herbert Smith (now Herbert Smith Freehills) and Bryan Cave (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner) in the City for many years, before working in-house at a number of international organisations.

  • Advising a major UK retail and commercial bank on UK group transactions, acquisitions and corporate development projects.
  • Advising an international finance company (servicing institutional and corporate clients) on its UK and international commercial and corporate activities.
  • Advising an international group (with operations in the shipping, aviation, energy, hospitality and real estate sectors) to assist with an acquisition project.
  • Advising one of the world’s largest manufacturers of primary batteries and portable lighting products on corporate restructuring and business reorganisations in the UK.
  • Advising one of the world’s largest integrated suppliers of geo-science, survey and geo-technical related services on a number of mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters.
  • Advising a NYSE diversified global manufacturer and technology corporation on multiple cross-border acquisitions and divestitures.
  • Advising international mining corporations in connection with their international mining activities.
  • Advising on the acquisition of a leisure development project in Southern Spain.
