Tim Summers

Tim handles Corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, reorganisations, shareholders agreements, LLP and partnership agreements and other agreements governing professional practices. He also deals with Commercial matters including contracts in areas such as agency, distribution, franchising, manufacturing and other supplies of goods and services. He worked at Simmons & Simmons in the City and Burges Salmon in Bristol and was a partner in a medium sized Bristol firm before co-founding Temple Bright in 2010 with Real Estate partner Justyn McIlhinney. In 2013 Tim opened Temple Bright’s London office with Commercial partner Sam Elworthy. Tim acts as a mentor to early stage technology companies in Bristol at the SETsquared business incubator, and in London at Seedcamp and the Level39 tech community.
