We advise clients on a wide range of debt financing transactions and associated issues arising from the operation, development or disposal of their business. This includes secured and unsecured lending, corporate borrowing, asset-based lending, real estate finance, project finance and the use of vanilla and structured debt instruments as well as issues of debt priority, subordination and intercreditor arrangements. We handle instructions from borrowers, lenders and guarantors and we act also for the arrangers and managers of these transactions, as well as for security trustees, intercreditor agents and account banks.

Corporate
We regularly provide debt financing advice to corporate clients in the context of their mergers and acquisitions activity and where they are seeking or providing private equity and venture capital funding.
Real estate
We advise banks, companies and individuals securing their lending over commercial property and act where our clients require debt finance for the purposes of commercial and residential investment and development.
