Temple Bright advises Watergate Bay on sale of Beach Retreats

London and Bristol law firm Temple Bright has worked with Watergate Bay Hotel Limited on the successful sale of Beach Retreats, its award-winning Cornish holiday lettings agency, to Travel Chapter, one of the UK’s leading holiday lettings operators. Beach Retreats manages a portfolio of over 230 luxury self-catering coastal properties in Cornwall, all within walking distance of the coastline.

The Temple Bright team was led by corporate partner Nick Cheshire, together with partners Ben Chivers (commercial), Tom Farman (employment), Helen Edwards (real estate) and Carol Buchanan (tax) with assistance from Marc Broker (paralegal).
